This site works very well because the formatting stays intact and the recruiter or employer will see your hardcopy version, which you've beautifully formatted. However, on many websites the formatting gets scrambled, requiring you to adjust spacing, realign text, and replace bullet points with standard keyboard characters.

Here's how to do it: Click the Upload button. Use our website system to browse your hard drive to find and click on the hardcopy version of your resume.

Under the best circumstances, be prepared to spend time reviewing and editing your uploaded resume carefully. Editing opens you up to the possibility of making mistakes such as deleting important text or punctuation.

ONLY upload word document and file size should be below 100 kb .

If you use any other format of document then system will automatically delete your file.
